TK started an interest in building at a young age, with inspiration stemming from both his father and grandfather. A graduation from UCSB and a subsequent high profile win on CBS’s THE AMAZING RACE allowed TK to follow his passions. This freedom to pursue his interests has landed him right here.
His experience includes property management and ground up new construction from permitting to certificate of occupancy in Southern California.
Having designed and built his own home in Ventura County, he is excited to bring his extensive experience to add confidence in your real estate transaction.
TK is an incredibly hard worker who places high value on thorough inspections and straight forward communication.
His work ethic and hope to provide the most informed inspections has lead him to become a Certified Professional Inspector with interNACHI. He has passed the National Home Inspection Exam and is accredited as a CPI.
